Meghna Talwar is a Partner in Dhir & Dhir’s litigation & ADR practice. She has 13 years post- qualification experience in litigation and arbitration. She specializes in civil, corporate and original side litigation, arbitration and SEBI enforcement matters with an industry focus on real estate and securities.
She pursued master of laws from Queen University of London, focusing on international arbitration under the aegis of the prestigious School of International Arbitration (SIA). She thereafter gained exposure to international arbitration in the US, the UK and Belgium. She acts for clients in domestic and international commercial arbitration cases and appears in ad hoc and institutional arbitrations.
Meghna advises and represents conglomerates, multinational companies, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and private individuals. She has represented clients in matters before the Supreme Court, High Courts, District Courts, Securities Appellate Tribunal, SEBI, Special Court (TORTS), NCLAT, NCLT, NCDRC, and DCDRC.
